From an early age, Brian was taught the importance of planning ahead and making financial decisions carefully. His father passed away when he was only 7 years old, and his mother had to find a way to provide for her young family with little education or outside support. While things were far from easy, Brian credits his mother’s smart money decisions and proclivity for saving as the main reasons they were able to get through those difficult times.

Brian learned early on how to work hard, and he grew up doing many odd jobs to earn money as a paperboy, busboy, waiter, and more. His mother would often tell him, “Work hard, save, invest, and most of all, you can be anything you want in life as long as you’re helping other people.”

These words were a guiding principle for Brian throughout much of his life. When he entered college, her advice about helping others, as well as her example of careful financial planning throughout his youth, inspired him to become a financial advisor. He wanted to help others protect themselves from similar unexpected circumstances through smart money decisions, as his mother did.

Brian attended the Harrisburg Area Community College for two years before entering the financial industry in 1993. He continued to attend the American College of Financial Services and the College for Financial Planning during this time, and has since earned numerous certifications, including AEP®, AIF®, ChFC®, CMFC®, CRPC®, CSA®, CLTC®, and LUTCF®. Brian continues to commit himself to updating his financial education at every opportunity, and is a dedicated lifelong learner.

With over 28 years of experience in the financial industry, Brian delivers a high level of expertise to his clients in areas ranging from investing to insurance planning. Helping his clients to solve problems and seeing them successfully achieve their goals is what drives Brian in his work each day, and his honest approach allows him to be an advisor, as well as a teacher, guide, and friend to each client.

Brian spent most of his life in the area and continues to live in Camp Hill, PA, with his wife, Kim, and their son, Caelan. The mother who worked so hard to provide for him is now in Brian’s care, and Kim provides much-needed support in tending to her needs. Brian’s family is everything to him, and they motivate him to work hard and help others every single day.

Brian enjoys boating, skiing, and working out, but can equally appreciate a quiet afternoon with a good book. He loves spending time with friends and family, and taking vacations with his loved ones. He spends much of his time coaching his son’s T-ball and soccer teams, and cheering him on as both a coach and a proud dad. He is a member of FPA, NAIFA, and EPC, and an avid contributor to the American Cancer Society and Alzheimer’s Association.

Brian’s ultimate goal in his personal and professional life is to know that he helped others, took nothing for granted, and worked hard to achieve his goals.

By the time he graduated high school, he was running one of their restaurants himself.

Vince entered the financial industry in 2005, and went on to obtain his AIF®, CLTC®, and CRPC® certifications as a financial advisor. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Vince helps his clients to identify gaps from not only a financial perspective, but a legal and accounting perspective as well. He also continues to apply the principles of communication and customer-focused service that he learned in his family’s business in his financial work today.

Vince was born and raised in central Pennsylvania and continues to live in this area with his wife, Jackie. Their daughter, Cory Ann, and her husband also live close by. Family is central in Vince’s life, and he spends much of his free time with his loved ones. He also enjoys travelling when he gets the opportunity to do so, but you’re most likely to find him out on the golf course on the weekends.

A strong work ethic and family has always been a driving force in my life. Working as a child picking up odd jobs, working as a teenager in the restaurant business, and working during my college years forged my appreciation for the value of a dollar. Just celebrating my father's 90th birthday, he still reminds me of how the choices you make in life not only effect you as an individual but the people that you encounter during your lifetime.

After attending college for business and finance, I accomplished my goal and joined a financial services firm addressing the challenges, life strategies, and financial goals that impact our lives. The work ethic and values I learned in my younger years created the foundation of my philosophy in helping people realize their goals and maintaining strong relationships. I was born and raised in Central PA. I’ve lived in the Camp Hill area almost my entire life. Since I was young, I’ve always been obsessed with stocks and learning how their markets function. When I first found out about the idea that you can make money with money, I was hooked. I started to take Economics classes in high school. Every day after school, I use to come home and look at stocks online and watch the news on the market. I would always try to pick a stock or two that I thought would go up and then check back in on it the next day. This is what eventually lead to my choice to major in Economics and is how I knew that I wanted to work in the financial sector.I have a passion for football, and from the time I was five up until the end of my senior season of college I have played every year season. Football has taught me so many things about life and created many comparisons for me between the sport and the financial industry.Most importantly, football has taught me that it's not about how great an individual is, but rather how good are the people that surround them. Competition brings out the best in us and pushes us to find new limits and constantly better ourselves. Competition also teaches you how to fail and allows you to learn from your faults to become even stronger.This industry is very similar to the game of football. It takes a great team of people to be successful in the financial industry. Each person must become highly skilled in their role and trust that those around them will do the same. Together, you make a powerhouse.

My Bio

Evan Shiley is a graduate from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. While in college, Evan played four years of football where he earned MAC Academic Honor Roll. Evan started his Financial Career as an intern with KCA Wealth Management in June 2018 and continued his internship while attending Lebanon Valley. Upon Graduation, in May 2019 KCA presented an offer to Evan based on his work ethic and his fit for the current position available at the time as the newest addition to the team. Evan has started his full-time career as of May 2019 as a Wealth Planning Paraplanner.

Evan holds a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) designation as well as the Series 7 and Series 66 Securities License, Life and Health insurance license in Pennsylvania. 

Evan currently resides in Camp Hill and outside of the office Evan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves attending sporting events such as baseball and football games. He also enjoys going golfing.

Jim's financial career spans three decades. He has built a diverse background in pension, tax planning, estate planning strategies, financial planning, and investments. 


Jim acquired a deep understanding of all types of retirement plans in his years at a global financial services company where he consulted with other professionals and business owners to help design effective, goal-based pension programs. Jim also served as a mutual fund analyst where he covered financial services, outsourcing, health care, energy, and utility industries. His most extensive analysis was with oil and gas where he led coverage of the energy industry for domestic and international companies.


Jim attended the University of Iowa where he earned a BBA in Accounting and an MBA with Finance Emphasis. He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. While he does not currently practice tax or public accounting, he did have his own tax practice. He uses this background to help clients with their overall financial planning and to tailor investments appropriately. His continuing education to maintain his CPA designation remains focused on trusts, taxation, and estate planning. Through the American Institute of CPAs, Jim has earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential, demonstrating his knowledge and experience in personal financial planning. Jim also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.


Jim and his wife Melissa have two children, Nicholas, and Stephanie. He is active in community service, working with and holding positions with the homeless shelter, Junior Achievement, and United Way.

Phyllis attended Iowa State University where she earned a B.S. Industrial Administration. 


Outside of work she enjoys fly fishing, jewelry making, reading, and experimenting with new recipes. I am also learning to make quilts and have joined a group that donates them.

Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 with a global financial services company as a registered representative.

Born and raised in Lancaster City, Pennsylvania, Amanda’s humble childhood home had three bedrooms and one bathroom, which she shared with her parents, three siblings, two dogs, and three cats.  As she watched her father and stepmother work tirelessly to support the family, while also volunteering with the church so that the children could attend Catholic school, Amanda quickly learned the value of hard work and helping those in need.

Amanda was the first person in her family to attend a university after high school. While there, she realized that the only way to change the circumstances in her life was through earning an education. Education has allowed for her to make better choices – a philosophy she has applied to her personal life as well as her professional career.

After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in social work from Millersville University in 2013, she spent five years as a social worker, helping families cope with and overcome from devastating losses; loss of loved ones, loss of finances, and loss of hope for their future.

After five years, Amanda realized she wanted to help people, but in a different way. With the new goal of working with people before their losses by helping them to plan for uncertainties in advance, Amanda decided to pursue a new career path in personal finance. 

In 2019, Amanda started working as a case manager specializing in life insurance at Crump Insurance Services. While there, she learned the life insurance process quickly and became the liaison between the advisors, underwriters, and insurance carriers, ultimately helping to get life insurance policies issued for families across the country. In 2021, Amanda joined the KCA Wealth Management team with the goal of continuing to help families prepare financially for both the expected and unexpected areas of life.

Amanda currently resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with her 4-year-old Australian Shepherd, Charlee, whom she enjoys traveling with to different hiking trails. She earned her yoga teacher training certificate in 2016, and teaches yoga and meditation to family, friends, and community groups.

I was born and raised in Hanover, PA in a blended family of 6 including a sister and two brothers. We pretty much lived paycheck to paycheck even with both parents working. My first job at age 12 was bagging groceries and appreciated the value of hard work. Through this work I was able to become a “people” person and enjoyed assisting others.

My parents instilled the work ethic, I then took that to a greater level and used it to help others in all my previous positions. Assisting others, and the community, is the reason I chose to work with KCA Wealth Management. I am happy to be a part of the team.

Pam’s role in our practice:

Pam joined the KCA Wealth Management Family in 2018. Pam is responsible for the day to day client management of the practice and is the first person to greet you. Pam works closely with clients and is responsible for arranging consultations, client events and course registrations.

My Bio

Prior to joining the KCA Wealth Family, Pam completed curriculum for Healthcare Administration and finished at the top of her class and went on to work in the Oncology division of Healthcare. Pam has also been a Quality Control Auditor and worked as an Administrator of a local funeral home. She brings a depth of client service experience to our firm with a desire to assist and help our clients. Pam has obtained a Life and Health Insurance license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Pam currently resides in Carlisle and is a care giver for her mother with Alzheimer’s. Pam is a proud mother of one son and three beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, spending time with friends and most importantly spending time with her family, going to sporting/school events with her grandchildren. She also volunteers her time and assists her church with their events including mission trips – next one is Tanzania!

Dylan’s understanding of the importance of financial wellness stemmed from a young age as his family instilled in him the significance of saving for emergencies, large purchases, avoiding debt, and reducing financial stress. This resulted in his desire to study business and finance in college to eventually attain a position in the industry.

While pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance at Lebanon Valley College, he also played football for four years. This sport taught him lessons that will impact him long after he hangs up his cleats. Understanding the value of teamwork, discipline, perseverance, goal setting, handling success and failure, and time management are vital qualities he learned and applies in the workforce.

In January 2021, Dylan joined KCA Wealth Management as an intern and kick started his financial career whilst concluding his final semester of college. KCA recognized Dylan’s strong work ethic and discipline and, upon graduating from Lebanon Valley College as a Dean’s List scholar, invited him to join the team on a full-time basis as a Wealth Management Associate. Dylan is eager to continue to exhibit his strengths and knowledge of the industry while helping clients navigate their financial situation.

When Dylan is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and attending sporting events such as football and baseball. He frequently resorts to his cabin in Pittsburgh for relaxing weekends and is an active outdoor enthusiast. Additionally, Dylan is also an avid pepper genius and enjoys trying all varieties of hot & chili peppers.

I started working in high school as a lifeguard to get a little sun, help some people and save some money to buy a car. I realized early in life that hard work gives a great sense of self-worth and assisting people was my calling in life. My parents worked hard all of their lives and provided all they could for our family. I attended college and began a career in Hospitality Management where I was able to continue assisting people.

Kim's role in our practice:

Kim assists with the client experience by working with Porscha and Pam in arranging client events, scheduling meetings and also with some of the marketing/social media information we deliver.

My Bio:

Kim attended Millersville University and studied accounting and business. During her college years she accepted a position with Marriott and soon became a manager. During her 20-year history with Marriott she received multiple awards and recognition for her work. Kim's background and experience includes customer service, management, auditing, quality control and most importantly doing everything with a smile. KCA Wealth Management is proud to have Kim on our team in order to continue our commitment to service our clients.

Kim lives in Camp Hill with her husband Brian and their son Caelan. Kim also assists in caring for Brian's mother Carol who has Alzheimer's. In Kim's spare time she enjoys working out, yoga, shopping, travel and some R&R.

Growing up in Philadelphia, PA, I was the middle child of 5 (3 brothers and 1 sister).  We lived on a city block where there were 50 row homes on each side and at least 100+ kids on our street.  From the time we got up until the time we went to bed, there was plenty to do in the neighborhood.  At that time, Mom was at home while Dad carpooled to work with other fathers in the neighborhood.

Moved to Glenside, PA when I was 12 and started babysitting, with at least 3 families.  At the same time my mother started to work as a secretary for a firm around the corner from our home.  I also picked up a part-time job after school and on weekends at the fast food chain in our area.  After high school, I started full time work at Prudential in their home office.  My career with Prudential was 18 years with a few years off in between to raise my two children.

After Prudential, I went to Dentsply Sirona (formerly Dentsply International) to support the CEO and Board of Directors.  My career lasted 15 years until I recently decided to semi-retire and move back to the Camp Hill area.

My Bio:

Jean attended Central Penn Business school and studied computer science.  Recently moving back to the Camp Hill area to be close to her two grown daughters with families of their own.  She enjoys her family and especially her 5 grandchildren.
